An Outpost in Milan puts Ripple Collective inside the city where design is discussed, taught, shown and bought, and inside a building that runs a program of culture of its own.

The Outpost follows the same logic as Tokyo: a workspace for the team and partners, a place to show objects made in Abu Dhabi, and a program of conversations with the city’s designers, studios and schools.

BASE Milano is a cultural production center in the Tortona district, with a program of its own. We intend to take part in it, as well as run ours.

Every April the city becomes the world’s design capital for a week. The Outpost is our base during the Salone, and the place we return to for the other fifty-one weeks.
